If your membership payment was unsuccessful, your available Spending Limit will show as zero on your account. Only members with an 'active' plan can purchase products at members’ prices. Once you successfully repurchase your membership with us, then your available Spending Limit will be reinstated onto the account.
How to resolve the issue?
Simply update your payment method with the correct bank card details and repurchase your chosen membership with us. This must be completed within 30 days of the failed renewal. You’ll then automatically receive access to your Spending Limit and will be able to shop as a member again!
